Trilostane
It is white powder with molecular weight of 329.44. It can inhibit 3 β - dehydrogenase in the process of cortisol synthesis and reduce the synthesis of cortisol and aldosterone. It is clinically used in the treatment of Cushing's syndrome and primary aldosteronism.
